HTML and Excel

Guys and Gals,


I have been having trouble writing the exact line in HTML to pull the contents from a particular cell in a particular sheet from a particular book in MS Excel (XP version)

Can anyone tell me how I am supposed to be doing this?? PLEASE, I've been trying for days!

Not sure you can access databases with HTML...

Sypha is right: you can't do this with plain HTML, which is a mark-up language for defining the document's structure.

You should find out what server-side language(s) your server supports and ask again in a proper server-side forum.
