I've been selling php scripts since 2007 my couple best places to sell php scripts are on Eymore.com and Tradebit!

I like Eymore so much because their super easy to upload and sell stuff and they automatically send the downloads to my buyers and it cost nothing to start selling; there fees are about 3 times lower than the average online download marketplace. There fees are About 4 times cheaper than selling on ebay. I've sold around 100 php scripts just last month I Love This Place.

If you are selling some simple and cheap script, try to sell it on fiverr.

As a buyer, I bought a few scripts from people at fiverr, it's pretty good. But maybe your price point is a bit higher than $5 :)online pokies (http://www.onlinepokiegames.com.au/)
