Help!!!

I really really need some help. I am very good at most of html; however I have no clue how to make a site look professional. lol. Ok let me make this easier, If you were to go to www.peachie.nu and look at her site, it rocks, I just waant to know if there is a tutorial somehwere out there that can show me how to make a kind of silver 3d effect with the menu or somehwere else on the site. And if it isn't even html please tell me. After all, I've only been doing this for...umm... 6 monthes. Thanks a ton!!! :D

It's done with graphics. Probably Photoshop.

All I get is lame pop-ups which everybody has blocked anyway.
