Link to ftp

How can I link to: FTP Server: ftp.portland.co.uk - User ID: hsteu - Password: ulza94

They are real but they are there on my website (which is on a different host), they are there to let people upload files there so I can get them. There are two files that I have on that server and I have local copies of them both, in the past 5 years and 10,000 vists they have only been deleted once.
