iv'e recently been hearing people using MP3's for background music....and in other chatroom ive heard i should upload it to flash to keep the load time down....how would i upload it to flash? and then from flash to my server?

Er, flash still has to encode the sound in a format, you can select mp3, wav, ram etc..., mp3 is widespread for a reason; it can maintain quality for a relatively small file size, so basically there's little - if any - gain in using flash over a standard format.

uh? Upload to flash? I think you mean upload in flash. Flash is file format, a movie to be more precise. The movie is made the program of the same name and is available from http://www.macromedia.com
or just goto http://www.flashkit.com and get some loops from there. They're relatively small.
