i need a script for a contact sytem so when they type in a text box then click submit it sends the message to a mod (like habbo hotel)

To do it you need a server side language to ban ips to do it effectively.
3.
With Javascript you can only send a message using the person's mail client. To do it without the mail client, you need a server side language.
