I am using Mouse Over Slide Show from this web site, it is exactly what I need, there is only one part of the code so far that I do not understand :

<a href="b2.htm" onMouseover="changeimage(myimages[0],this.href)">Plane 1</a>

the "b2.htm" , I know that b2 was only refering to the picture that was used in the demo, But htm? Does this mean that I need to create an htm page for each image that is to be replaced?

This script is being used in a table where viewer places mouse over thumbnail and picture appears NOT where the thumbnail is but in the middle cell of the table. The script can be viewed here

Thank You,

Mr J

If you want no additional page, you can incorporate this Popup Image Viewer script (http://www.codingforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9836).

Thank MJ & Glenn, the reason I was asking as the instructions said nothing about creating a html page for each picture and each picture appears like just a normal image does not appear to be located on a seperate html page butttttttt the code does say ... htm so I will try that first. I have been trying to get away from pop ups cause everyone seems to be going to pop up blocking and I have a dog site that has lots of pictures. Thats what buyers want. This was suppose to get around the pop thing.

The page currently uses pop windows but after taking a look at this code that you gave Glenn it would much nicer than what I am currently using,

Thank you both.

Would the following help?

function show_image(pic){
// -->

<P><a href="#null" onmouseover="show_image('pic1.jpg')">Image 1</a>
<P><a href="#null" onmouseover="show_image('pic2.jpg')">Image 2</a>
<P><a href="#null" onmouseover="show_image('pic3.jpg')">Image 3</a>
<P><a href="#null" onmouseover="show_image('pic4.jpg')">Image 4</a>
<P><a href="#null" onmouseover="show_image('pic5.jpg')">Image 5</a>

<div style="position:absolute;left:200px;top:100px"><img id="mypic"src=""></div>
