How to create tab pages on web Browser

I remember reading something on creating tab pages on the HTML. HOwever, when i need it, i could not find it. Please help me in how to create tab pages on web page.

Thanks.. yup. this is the one.. is there any others where the tabs looks nicer and rounded?

You have to use images as tabs, until rounded border is supported in majority of the browsers.
