I know that this question was ask 1000 time ... but what is the best program for java
Borland.JBuilder.X.Enterprise.V10.0 ?
or
WebSphere Studio Version 5.1 ?
or ?

I haven't tried either of those, but borland is always a good choice. I use JCreator (http://download.com.com/3000-2212-7956957.html?tag=lst-0-1) at home since it's free, and Codewarrior at school.

I second the choice of JCreator. Specially if you're working on a Windows box. Most of the other IDEs are written in Java, and JCreator is written in native Windows code, so it runs much faster and cleaner.
