How to catch the event when IE is closing

onbeforeunload (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/dhtml/reference/events/onbeforeunload.asp) and onunload (http://www.devguru.com/Technologies/ecmascript/quickref/evhan_onunload.html) events. These events are triggered when:
- the window closes
- the window reloads
- you navigate to another page
- you submit the page
- etc....
