customised toolbar (like on these forums)

How do I make a customized toobar? Like, maybey, a red blue or green toolbar? Judjing by what I've seen done with javaScript, I assume that toolbars can be customized with JavaScript.

But, for your first post. You managed to hit on a touchy subject regarding manipulating a users browser settings. :eek:

However, if you insist on persuing this. Try using the forums Search (http://www.codingforums.com/search.php?s=) feature using the keyword scrollbar and you will find several hundred threads where this has been discussed before.
