How do you have a dotted table border with CSS?

example: netcraft.com

Actually you can have a real dotted border as well:

border: 2px dotted blue;
MSIE is said to not support dotted, but this is only true for 1px borders; 2px and up the dots appear fine (didn't figure that out myself, but forgot where I did see it).

I went to those example sites to have a look and they looked more like dashes than dots but then my old eyes might be on the blink, but yes you can have dotted as well

You probably seen Darcy Boucher's testing here (http://www.realisis.ca/tags/borders.html).
