Starting a program minimised

I wrote it into the registry, for Task manager to run at boot. But it brings it to the front when it runs it. Once i minimise, it goes into the tray. How can i force it to minimise to the tray on boot?

I put a shortcut to it in the Startup folder and changed the properties of the shortcut to start it minimized. You can avoid using the Startup folder (though why you'd want to...) by changing your registry entry to point to a shortcut instead of directly to the executable. The shortcut can then be used to set it to start minimized.
