Alt 0149 gives you a regular bullet.

What is the Alt code for a square bullet and a hollow bullet?

Those bullets can not be achevied with teh Alt key. But, if you need the character, open up the Windows Charater Map, and search for bullet

I don't have the character Map feature loaded on to my computer. To install it I have to dig up my win98 CD.
