Hi,

Maritime Source continues to grow at a rapid pace due to our attention to detail and ability to keep clients happy through good communication and professional solutions.

I'm searching for offshore programmers for full/part time work or on a project by project basis to handle some of our overflow.

I'm in need of:

PHP programmers
Database programmers
ASP.NET
HTML/Javascript/CSS

Please do not respond if you are not fluent in english or if you are not available for daily communication via instant messenger. I prefer contacts from India as I'm more familiar with that culture then any other outside the western world, but it's nothing more then a preference. South American developers would be great too, because of similar time zones!

You must be able to work independantly and provide well tested code, along with adopting our coding style/standards.

Please respond with demo urls of existing work along with references, resume, $ requirements, and payment terms.
