Where is the best place to go to learn C?

Where is the best place to go to learn C for a guy that only knows Java script?

i started out using a book called Practical C++ .... its available on amazon.com and i highly recommend it !

it realy helped me a lot when i first started programming... if your going to buy 1 book .. buy this !!!

i bought mine from Waterstones. it should be available in the US because its author is american

its a great book !!!
