Printing

I have a printer-friendly page with a print button. It is printing ok mostly, but does anyone know if there is a browser option so as to not print the URL across the bottom of each page?

That is a setting that can be set by the user but not by Javascript or ASP.

What A1ien51 said. You have to instruct the user to change the Footer setting in Page Setup.

Yes, thanks. I was just looking for where that setting was changeable - did not see under tools/Internet options and knew it was there somewhere - could not remember exactly where...

IE:
File / Page Setup, delete the value of the Footer field. Might as well remove the Header field.

NS7/Mozilla:
File / Page Setup / Margins & Header/Footer, change the appropriate item in the combo boxes to --blank--
