Movie clip

Hello all i have a website using mainly just html and css and i have a small avi file that i want to play after the window loads up(they dont have to click a dl button)and i was just woundering the code or how i go about doing that...and is there a way to only make it play once and stop? thank you for you time.

okay here is my code and it trys to connect but does not work why? What is the best way to play an avi file for my web page....weather it is embed or not? thx.

ok im starting a wedpage on easy designer or w/e n i wanna out a video clip on there but im not shure how to im kinda new . . but like its already converted to windows movie maker format or w/e . . .cna ne one help
