Im designing a new website for myself where it will be a blog/photoblog. Please take a look at the following link and give me any feedback on the design thus far. The layout is there, however the only links that are working are the "Home" and the "Contact". I dont want to finish it until I get some peer reviews of the design.

Takes bloody ages that! I'm just sooo annoyed I used the sodding things in the first place.
Good luck. Site looks like it has potential / Serious amount of info on the homepage is slightly misleading. Where do I go? I understand this is all part of the dev but you must make sure you have a sense of direction for the visitor.
Long Long page = 800 x 600

Use a full Doctype. Partial ones can seen some browsers into quirks mode. And tables for layout? Ugh.

I am not sure that the two nav columns must have a different color (grey/blue)... Have you tried with one same color? You have a nice design so I'd like (as a user of your site) to see customized and personal icons. You haven't designed them yourself right? That would add a little something I think.
The 'search' text in the search field has a strange behaviour: it moves like I could scroll it a few pixels. For some reason, the 'contact link' did not work...

I see a few <font> tags.
I see tables.
I see nested tables.
I see non-structural markup.
I see an incomplete DTD.
A bit much on the loading, first time around. Second time around, I got a "Could Not Be Found" error.

I see everything that Paul sees.
Plus i think that the left menu should be the same distance from the viewport edge as each menu section is from the next (get what I mean?)
Also, as much as I like micro-fonts, your fonts are even too micro for me. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this.
I'ld like to see more spacing between the lines and also size that spacing using 'em' so it increases as I increase my font size.
Besides that, not too bad at all :)
