Setting Permissions On WinXP

I installed the phpdev package on windows XP and I want to how I can set permissions to files and folders. I can do this with Unix/Linux webhosts, but not on my windows comp. Any suggestions?

You can't on windows. All you can do is right click on the files, go to properties and change it that way from read-only, archive and hidden
