RGB color analyzer, hand held gadget

anyone know where to buy/who makes a little hand-held gadget which you can aim at a color and it gives you the rgb?
I saw one on the web once, and failed to bookmark it.
now i need to buy one and can't find it. I want to be able to go into a clothing store and capture the color palette of a garment to utilize in designing the colors on my website.
