Instead of typing "<input type="button" value="Button" name="B3">" for your form button, type:

"<input type="image" src="button.gif" width="60" height="21">"

Hope this helps

It showed up, however, when I press "ENTER" without putting in a valid e-mail address, the address bar changes. How can I avoid that?

Thanks,
Dan
