Download Question

I accidently selected "Open File" when I was downloading and now every time I try to download it wants to open the file and save to a temp folder. The check box is no longer there for me to uncheck. How can I make it start asking me where I want it to save to?

try opening up properties and select the option "prompt for download"

how/where do I do this at? i went to internet options and then advanced and reset it.. nothing..
