I've been trying to view the binary code of some of my programs like simcity for example, however notepad does not give me that option and i tried edit in ms-dos and i wasn't able to get that to work either..any ideas?

Some text viewers can display all characters if you want the to, but the best solution would be a hex editor. There are many of them, some better than others. |
