one of those...box...thingys

ok, i remember a while ago i was at a javascript site and there was a box that came up sort of like an alert box, but it had a place to input text. Could someone please tell me how to make those?

window.prompt is such a dialogue box.
window.confirm is a yes/no (ok/cancel, really) box
and window.alert you know already.
