PHP Project site?

Hi,

I've seen a site where there were projects and you could join a team on some project to be written in php.
I don't remember where it was, anyone know anything about it?
It wasn't NON-Profit....the owner of the project that you've registered for could pay you.

no not that. i know about SF.
On that site they would post the new projects and how much they
can pay for the coders and all that other info like what kind of os is being made for.....

i want to figureout the new projects and/or so that i can work with some groups.

Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't understand the basic principle of the site. I thought you spoke about rentacoder.com, but then you said that you register for projects and get paid by the owner... that sounds too convenient to be true, did you rather mean that by registering you get the possibility to send an offer to a potential client?
