Are (X)HTML Editor questions allowed in this forum?

I'm hoping for a 'yes' answer. ;)

If not, anyone knows of an excellent online forum( no newsgrgoups, please ) to discuss (X)HTML Editors?

Of course they are, but you may want to consider using the search function a bit. We've discussed editors here before, over and over and over, in this forum, in the JavaScript forum, in the General Web Design forum, and probably elsewhere as well.
