I'm basically wanting a decent pc, quiet, doesn't take forever to boot and is reliable. I've found this setup and wondering if anyone can recommend it to me?

As long as you are not planning on getting into anything heavy as far as multimedia, video editing, gaming, etc. It has integrated video/graphics card and doesn't mention having an AGP slot which would mean you probably can't upgrade it.
Might help if you mentioned what you plan on using it for.

Just general use really, emails, scripting etc. Gaming or graphics I'm not interested in as I ain't good at any of them lol

The hard drive in that thing is probably on a 5400rpm w/2mb cache one. One thing to be clear on too is if that CPU is really 2.2GHz or is it AMD's 2200+ model of the athlon xp? Because if it is the latter, the cpu is only 1.8GHz.
