trying to put everything in the same webpage

hi! hope you can help me i am pretty much a newbie at web building but i managed to build my own webpage (thanx in part to a wysiwyg) and install a phpBB forum but now i am trying to rebuild the website so both the webpage and forum are on the same page and not on two different page
here i made a drawing if you are not sure of what i mean
