random site timer

um, i guess i'm really showing that i really suck at java script by doing this but i need some help. I want to have a timer on my site that will send people to a random site every 4 or 5 minutes. The problem is, I don't even know where to start. Somebody please help me.

Before I start coding away here, what is it exactly that you want. A page that launches pop-ups ever few seconds of other sites? Or one that just redirects after a short pause?
