Flash Object.... behind

Hi,
Im having some problems with a Flash object loadiing infront of drop down menus.

Or put another way: my drop down menus are loading behind my Flash object.

Have a look at:
http://www.videolife.co.nz

Then the 'Video' menu, you will see that not all the items are visable, because they are hidden behind the Flash ovject.

On other pages the menu loads fine, because there is no other Flash.

Does anyone have any idea how to, either:
1. Make the Flash object load behind, or
2. Make the menu load on top.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ok,
I've inserted the IFRAME, but I'm not sure that I've put in the right place.

The reason that I think this is that it doesnt work.

Have I done this right, or completly wrong.
