Probably a bad idea usability wise though, hard to bookmark pages etc.

I would ask, why do you want to hide your url?

I just like the idea of having eclypto.com on every page. I thought it would make it easier for users too.

Does not make it easy for users. What if someone wants to get an article or something from a certain page on your site, and they bookmark it, later to find out they just bookmarked the main page? :p

Yeah like zypher pointed out, it actually makes it harder for your users to use your site. There is no real reason to cloak the URL like that.
