Looking for free market quotes scripts

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know where I would be able to get a refreshable market quote and/or weather table for my website? Free, is the keyword I forgot there....

An example of an ideal market table is on msn.com.

I would like to have something I could customize and put into a table at 100 pixels or less.

Weather.com has got some free news feeds for weather stats. All you need to do is sign up. Then they send you instructions on how to access the XML feeds. The signup process is a bit confusing though.
