Now then, I don't know of any Flash program that is free, since anything that's worth anything costs money (except for Mozilla of course :thumbsup: ), but I know that Swish (http://www.swishzone.com/) is cheap. Maybe it'd be soemthing to look into.

Macromedia Flash MX 2004 is your best bet if you have a good performance machine. You can download it and try the evalutation for 30 days. You can get it here: http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/downloads.html.

An alternative to Macromedia's software is SWiSH. You can download it at http://www.swishzone.com/. This is also an evaluation that you must download, unless you want to pay for the software.


If you require the software for a short period of time you should just download the evaluation version of one of those. If you still need it after 30 days you could always just re-install them.

Basscyst, you may not realise, that using those programs are illegal.

Zypher - re-installing them (which I'm 99.9999999% sure will not change how much you have used them and it will still be expired) or attempting in anyway to use them longer than the agreed terms as per installation and first run (usually) would be illegal and you are the type of person that cause the piracy problems and such that exist because of your attitude and willingness to do what you have said..

Also as ionsurge said, you Basscyst would be vialating terms and conditions and contributing to the ever growing piracy problem.

Mhtml is correct, the people that write the software aren't morons, it remembers that it was installed previously and knows it was expired.

And Basscyst, talking about illegal activities such as software pirating is against the TOS of this forum that you agreed to when you signed up.

I will apologize if I was operating in the gray. There is a big ol' debate on file sharing already in this forum so I won't get all deep. I guess it really is illegal so I'm sorry I (kind of) suggested it - But just from my own experiences, there was a point where I couldn't afford some software but still needed it - to learn - to do whatever it did. I couldn't afford it so I wasn't going to buy it - but I got it anyway - but wait now I can afford it and I bought it. 6 2 1/2 12 or the other.

Which programs? IRC, Kazaa, newsgroups. I don't think so. To my own defense I didn't mention any software that was illegal or pirated nor did I suggest a retail copy of any such software could \ should be downloaded - What is done with the LEGAL software I suggested is up to the end user's recognizance.
