I see you've used a premade template where the credits are missing... anyhow, all the live support scripts come at a price if you want anything remotely decent.

I really dont think you have to place credits when you pay for it, but it doesnt matter to me anyway, because I havent even looked at that site in months, dont even care about it. The site im talking about for my live support is www.ocmotorcars.com/ocM

But ya, all the live supports ive found cost money, which sucks because they used to be free :(
