downloading PHP..can someone help me

I want to download php

this link --> http://www.php.net/downloads.php
goes to the php.net site and there is a link to downlaod php...but where do i go?

I dont understand some of that stuff...
the ones on the top seem to be right, but on a 56k connection, i dont have the patience to wait for both of them..one is a .bz2 and the other is a .gz

If you're not on windows, then any of those files you can download. You only need to download one of them and it'll only take about 15 mins to download on 56k, if that.
