Layout Opinions!

I dont give positive criticisms, if you want yes men, hire some ;)

So here you go:
Menu: Looks lost up there on its own. Maybe bring it down about ten px and continue the box above it?
The green line (div border) is interfering with the text in the image. I'd move the image text so that it is centred between the two green lines.

Footer Once again the green lines are conflicting, this one's a little more difficult. Personally, I'd left justify the footer and line it up to the far left edge. It just looks a bit wrong centred.

The bullet graphics are a bit to overpowering, change, resize or get rid of them.
How big is that header image? It'll probably need some serious optimization. This could be a problem.
