phpMyAdmin Config File Question?

my web address is www.domainwebdesigns.com (Dont look its bad)... But i am trying to install phpMyAdmin on my server and i have all the files uploaded and i tryed to edit the Config file like im supposed to...But im not sure if im doing it right...

I get an error saying

Host '192.168.0.116' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

I think that ip is mine :confused

All i entered was

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['host'] = 'www.domainwebdesigns.com';

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'domainwe';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '******'; -Cencored for security


Thats all i have added and nothing else has been changed...What am i doing wrong

Never mind i had to leave Host: set at localhost

Yeh, setting it to your domain only works in the rare instance you have remote mysql access (which most hosts don't like to grant due to security concerns).
