Up loading to my website

How do I up load some of the games from the website? I either get junk posted or grey areas like this background with a large letter J on it. I would like to up load the Solitaire games for example. I'm niaive for example to believe that its simple stuff to simple for me.

I think you need to clarify some more. Your post is slightly confusing.

On the following website: http://www.freewarejava.com/applets/games.shtml there are a number of games. How would I get any of these up to my site? When I try, I get a great deal of grey area and nothing more. I downloaded the appropriate zip file and opened it and that is as far as I could could go.

As far as i can see that isn't a download java site it is just a site to play games.

You need to search on a search engine or equivalent for a free (or paid) java download site and then it will tell you how to get it onto your site.
