Hi all,
Many thanks in advance.

How can I keep a window from being resized by the user? The user enters data on a launch page and when the new page loads I don't want the user to resize it after is loads.

Is there a way I can kill the IE control box in the upper right corner of the browser? The minimize and maximize buttons are okay, must kill resize button. Okay, must disable resize button of control box.

Anybody??? Don't be scared :eek:

Once again, many, many, many thank yous,

eck

I think I understand you. Just add:

resizeable=0

to the properties in your new window script.

Hope that helps!

Thanks, but the page is being called from a WEB FOCUS command. I need to find some type of script in Java or a forgotten VB command to disable the browser's window from being resized by disabling the resize button on the browser. In VB it is an attribute. Any ideas???

Much thanks,

Disable the button on an existing window: not possible by design.

You can only disable/enable things on NEW windows.

(both are assuming you are talking about pages served via the internet, locally hosted pages aren't subject to the same rules).
