Optimizing Flash

I've created sites made with Flash (I used SWiSh---http://www.swishzone.com), but when I try to open the sites I made with the Flash on them, they either take forever to load or they don't load at all. I've checked with my web hosting company to see if there was anything I could do about this, and they referred me here to find a code that could optimize my Flash files for better performance.

Does anyone know a code that can optimize Flash files? If so, it would be a BIG big help. Thank you!

Do you mean the .fla files, or the .swf files?
