method post problem

I need some help, any ideas?

I run an apache serever (1.3.9) on windows xp, and i just installed php, i think its works fine, but when i use a script involvoing the post method it says
"error, post method not allowed"
i think its something to do with the apache configuration, but i dont know what to do

any help?

If you are not interested in learning how to configure apache and PHP etc then you might want to consider using a ready made package that is already configured like PHPDEV or IBServer:

I am currently running IBServer on WinXP with no problems. Comes with Apache, PHP and MySQL already configured and ready to go as well as a few other odds and end stuff.
