Displaying different time?

Hi there,

I am really struggling with this one, i need to show the time on a site i am working on in 2 formats.

The UK time and the time in Italy or even the surfers time and the time in italy.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated, as everything i have tried has failed miserably.
