Female Gaming Community

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I plan on opening up a female gaming community where girl gamers from around the world can come chat and play with girls who like gaming, without having to search constantly for female clans or female gamers in google and not getting many results.

2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): I dont really have a payment im more of looking for someone to just give me a nudge in the right direction im not so sure how i would go about it im ok with forums i own vb forum license but i want a full site. i would also need some help getting this going im not bad with graphics and the help i would require would of course be female
