Starting With Samsung Apps

Hey,

I am thinking about creating some Samsung Galaxy Anroid Tab Apps.

Could someone point into the right direction getting the required software to start programming these?
I have some unique ideas for apps.

you can use mono develop (http://monodevelop.com/Download/Mono_For_Android); however, I use eclipse and there is a free SDK @ link (http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html)

To be abit more simple I might start with C++ Programming, What can you make with C++ on windows?
