Creating a Slide Show

Hi,
I am doing some voluntary work at the moment updating a charity's website, the owner would like the website to have a clickable slide show of pictures with captions.

What is the best way to do this?

Have you searched this forum? There are a lot of examples.

You should start with an HTML page of the desired layout with static images.
Then provide a list of the images to be displayed and from where.

Or, better, use one of the many many many gallery and "lightbox" scripts that are out there.

One I found that I like is "gallerific". Google for it.
