hi,

I'm now working as web master at a property company, the major responsibilities are creating and maintaining their company's web-sites (subsidiary), now I intend to revamp the whole web-site structure for easy updating and maintaning. The major web-site is www.setiahomes.com which provides information of our property development project --> what are the current projects, new lauching and property which are still available for sales by showing out the all the Lots. So in order for us to provide the latest sales figure of our houses, our Web Development session have to keep on updating the sales figure manually. So, for the new version of our web-site, i will be creating an database - driven module where our sales people can update the sales figures automatically.

This is only part of the whole web-site, since most of our web-site's information is consider dynamic where we have to update quite often, so i'm not intending to create static html page (now most are html pages which created by ex web master), so my idea is creating a template for updating the content as well as generating new web-pages while needed. I'm here would like to emphasiz that don't ask me to look for the built-template which offer by most of web development web-site. I want to create the template from scratch. But I don't know how to start. I did do research on internet, but none of it is related to my problem.

As I know Usually, web master will maintain their web-site by editing the web-content (add new pages or edit existing pages) using html editor or application like FRontPage or Dreamweaver manually, means they have to open the file and update, after that upload to the server, this is time consuming and boring as keep on doing the same job. Moreover, it is wasting time as instead of doing the editing most of the time, the web master can do others advance job like creating others intrenal web application for their company used. This is what I'm doing now. But now as i know, a lot of web masters or more advance technique for updating the content already, that is by creating a database-driven template for them to maintain their web-site. But, I face a problem, that is I don't know how to start, and how to design the structure. Can any one of you tell me, usually how do web masters maintaining their web-sites???

Please advice!

I don't know if this would help, but I did a site for a local commercial real estate broker with dynamic content coming straight from a database. I created an admin system where someone from the company can login and add/modify/delete any of the properties listed on the site. Once the information is altered in the admin system the changes are reflected immediately on the live site.

Check out www.tsunis.com and check how I did the listings. Every property displays its own content, but there is only one asp page that displays all of the properties (as a template). For security reasons I obviously can't show you the admin system but if any of this info is helpful let me know and I can give you more details.

Just as a side note: make it functional first then worry about the design and asthetics of the site. Its much easier that way.

If you're talking about a database i would like to suggest using a server side language. This will make it possible to store the information you want to display on your site in a database, which can be updated by the sales people themselves, and presenting this information using server side scripting so your pages will reflect the database contents in a way you wish and will always show the latest info.
What language and database system you'd choose depends on your knowledge and on what's available.

webmarkart speaks like a true coder, lol! In my experience the most difficult thing to do is design around the coding, because then you have to fuss back and forth with the layout to get the data to appear where you want. Up to you though. I always start with a screenshot.

If you want a site template a bunch of people will be adding content to, this is pretty easy to manage using PHP. The entire design structure only loads once per session so the pages run super fast. Basically you break the pages apart into separate files and place these above the readable server level to be called from any directory, then it's all a matter of people pasting html between the <!--Content goes here--> tags on the pages (or from a MySQL admin interface once you want to get fancy).

Jee has some easy tutorials over at http://php-haven.com about how to do this. It's worth looking into.

Thanks for all the reply, really appreciate. Guess I need to give more details about myself. I'm a ASP web developer, have already Involved in Web Development for two years, but still not very good. So, for the new web-site I will still using ASP as we are using window 2000 as our web-server.

>but I did a site for a local commercial real estate broker with dynamic content coming straight from a database. I created an admin system where someone from the company can login and add/modify/delete any of the properties listed on the site. Once the information is altered in the admin system the changes are reflected immediately on the live site. > From Webmarkart

Actually, my existing web-site already have these features. I got create an admin system for updating our propert sales figure. But I only appy a little on my web-site. Most of our current web pages are in static HTML format, really sigh when come to update the content. I have already accessed www.tsunis.com. It is really very very good as all the listing are listed in only one asp file that is listings.asp. I will apply this feature for my new web-site. But i will create more advance by add in images.:))

I don't know whether you all have been accessed to our web-site, but anyway just brief you a bit of how my existing web-site is maintained and what I'm going to do for my new web-site.

Our current web-site do provide our property sales information in a very good format whereby we show our site plan and give every lot details such as price, sqft and lot number (www.setiahomes.com/johor/splan_alicia1.htm) the only problem is that the site plan is not a dynamic site plan. why i said so is because we manually modify the color of the site plan base on the status (available/sold out). So, for the new web-site I have already find out the solution, that is I will apply GIS technology. so, that i can show the site plan with the most updated information as i will creat an admin system where our sales people can login and add/modify/delete any of the properties listed on the site. Once the information is altered in the admin system the changes are reflected immediately on the live site.

I have some questions to ask, but will base on my current web-site, so hope that you can access to our web-site (www.setiahomes.com) and then guide me.

1.) As you can see, the major part of our web-site is providing information on our current projects development base on their project name (derive from location name). When click into the project, there have all the information related to the project , such as where it is located, features, development progress, property for sales...etc. All these web-pages are created by using Static HTML format (using M.FrontPage), so is time consuming. So now what I intend to do is (after go through the site that webmarkart mentioned-->
a.) create an asp page for Home
create an asp page for Location
create an asp page for Features
create an asp page for Property for sales
-----
All the aboved mentioned asp pages will be shared for others projects as you have found that almost all the projects have same format of the content. Please advice!

2.) I want to know how did you create the admin template for updating the content. I know that all the content is saved in the database, am i right??? But how did you do the layout design? for instance, your company.asp, this asp page is used for display two content, one is Company Information and another one is Testimonials, but the layout of the content for these two pages is different, the Testimonials page has more images than the Company Information page, how did you do the layout page. From my experience, the asp page must have fixed layout, means that we define where to put the images, title, navigation link, content...etc, then the pages which share the same asp page sure will have same layout. IS THAT A CORRECT WAY, PLEASE ADVICE.

3.) How do I create a template which will allow me to create new web-page (Html/Asp) and add in content??? I have no idea whether got web master do this kind of template or they will use Web Development tools such as MFrontpage / Dreamweaver for creating new page and manually add the link and upload the new page.

4.) After oversee my current web-site, do you have better idea how how am I going to design my new web-site start from A-Z for easy maintaining. For the content that is not updated regulary, i should create it using static HTML???????

Thanks so much in advance!!

Oh ya, webmarkart, below is the code that I cut and paste from the www.tsunis.com

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

I found that some of the web-site do has this line, may I know why put this line???? I never practise this.

I found that you put the meta tag on the default.asp page, why others pages you didn't put meta tag??? doesn't it is very important for search engine purpose????

Thanks!

webmarkart

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
This code is from Macromedia Homesite 5, which is a programming editor. Basically I have set up different templates for webpages and this code is basically so I know what template I used. This particular code is obviously for HTML version 4. So every time I make a new file with this it starts me off with the basic html tags:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">

<html>
<head>
<title>Untitled</title>
</head>
<body>

</body>
</html>

Your second question about the metatags... You can obviously put the metatags on all of your pages, but I do not want each page of the site to be indexed by the search engines. I want the home page to always be the page that comes up. In othe words I don't want someone clicking through from a search engine directly to the contact us page; I want the to go to the home page first.

ronaldb66

The !doctype declaration refers to a Document Type Definition (DTD), which is used by validators to know to which DTD they have to validate the code against. Check the W3C (http://www.w3.org/) for more info on the subject.

Helo Webmarket, why you din't reply all the questions that I mentioned in the forum, start from question 1-4 --> about how am I creating my web-site start from A-Z. Hopefully can have your idea. I 'm going to design my web-site soon....

Any suggestion willbe received warmly.

As far as making my system more advanced by adding pictures... http://www.tsunis.com/listings.asp?action=detail&listno=-1326727899

I gave them the ability to add pictures, but they don't utalize it very often.

Every page on my site is an asp file regardless of how often its updated. I'm not sure how familiar you are with asp, but I use include files on almost every page also. Any info that I include on more than one page is an include including the header, nav, footer, disclaimer, ect.

As far as not having the same template within an asp page, the "About Us" links do use the same formatting. The only thing that changes is the content within the white box. In this case I call two different include files depending on which of the two links a user clicks. I've attatched the company page as a quick example:

If a user clicks on company info I go to company.asp which is defaulted to open the company info include because the variable action is null. Likewise is someone clicks testimonials I pass the variable action=testimonial which loads the testimonial include.
See the file I attached you'll see what I mean.

All of the information from the property listings, company directory, and the user supplied info for requesting info are stored in a database. When someone does a search they can search through the database and bring back only the listings that met their search criteria.

As far as the admin system... I have a login screen using cookies to store the password. Once logged in the administrator has the options to Add Listing, Modify Existing Listing, View Leads from the request info page, Add Employee to the company directory, and list all employees in the directory. Obviously the important ones are the add and modify listings. To add a new property they fill out a form with all of the info they have about the property including images... Its all error checked to make sure certain key fields are entered. Once they submit this form the listing is added to the database and thus viewable from the main website that the user sees. To modify a listing I have the same search feature with a few extras to select the listing that they need to modify. From there there is the same form used to add a listing but this time all of the fields are filled in. They change what they need to and submit it back to the database.

I don't know if I answered all of your questions, but unless you have a decent understanding of asp and access databases this will be a daunting task. If there is something I missed ask it again and I'll see what I can do.

Dear Webmarket,

I can understand what you mean....
I know that we can use include directive to include file such as txt, asp, html, inc..etc into our asp page, it is very useful for the pages which share the same content, for intance footer.

I'm here would like to confirm, if we create database driven asp pages, that mean we should define and fix the layout of our asp page, am I right?? means that we define where to put the images, title, navigation link, content...etc, then the pages which share the same asp page will have same layout. IS THAT A CORRECT WAY, PLEASE ADVICE. For example: I use the table for displaying our properties listing, in the left column i use it for displaying the property image and the right column for the details of the property, as below:

<table width="24%" border="1">
<tr>
<td><%=objRS("image")%></td>
<td><%=objRS("details")%></td>
</tr>
</table>

IS THIS A CORRECT WAY, PLEASE ADVICE.

2.) I hope that you can have a look on our web-site and give me suggestion on how am I going to design my asp pages. This is very important as a very good structure of my web-site is important for maintainance. Below is my idea for building my new web-site.

As you can see, the major part of our web-site is providing information on our current projects development base on their project name (derive from location name). When click into the project, there have all the information related to the project , such as where it is located, features, development progress, property for sales...etc. All these web-pages are created by using Static HTML format (using M.FrontPage), so is time consuming. So now what I intend to do is (after go through the site that you mentioned-->

a.) create an asp page for Home
create an asp page for Location
create an asp page for Features
create an asp page for Property for sales
-----
All the aboved mentioned asp pages will be shared for others projects as you have found that almost all the projects have same format of the content. Please advice!

3.) How do I create a template which will allow me to CREATE NEW web-page (Html/Asp) and add in content??? I have no idea whether got web master do this kind of template or they will use Web Development tools such as MFrontpage / Dreamweaver for creating new page and manually add the link and upload the new page.

Thanks!

As far as using a template for your dynamically generated asp pages, yes its easiest to use a set layout and just fill in the appropriate variables for a particular property. You will notice that all of the listing details on www.tsunis.com are all the same format but with dynamic content.

If I havn't already answered part 3 of your last post then I'm not really following you. I guess I'm not really sure what your asking about creating a new page. If you could reword it I might be able to help you.

Thanks webmarket for the reply....
Yes, I have notice that all of the listing details on www.tsunis.com are all the same format but with dynamic content. But this is only apply to the content which have same format. For instance, in www.tsunis.com, your listing categories(Industrial, Investment, Retail..etc) all have same format-->They all have properties :

List Number List Type City State Size

1.) How about for those content which don't have the same format???
I ask this question is because, if I create an asp page use for project "Home Page" -> www.setiahomes.com/johor/index.html or www.setiahomes.com/setiaindah/index.html, how can I set and fix the layout by fill in the appropriate variables since they are not in the same format??? Usually how does web master deal with this kind of dynamic content?? create it manually by using web development tools (M.Frontpage/Dreaweaver)????

2.) Regarding the third question, what I'm trying to ask is instead of using web-developement tools (M.Frontpage/Dreamweaver) to create new asp or html page, can we create a template for us direct to generate new web-pages and add in content?? For example, in my case, I need to create new asp/html pages if we have new launching, and all these new pages will be uploading to our web-site. --> This is only apply if I fail to build a template as what I describe on question 1 above.

I'm not very good in English and I have alreday tried my best to explain and describe what I want to said, hope you don't mind.

Thanks so much...

webmarkart
08-16-2002, 07:22 AM
okay, I understand now. I wasnt sure about your 3rd question before because I didnt realize you were asking if you decided not to do it dynamically.

As far as a template for listings that might have different formats you can say for example:

<% PropType = Trim(request("property_type"))

<% If PropType = "industrial" Then %>

Format 1

<% ElseIf PropType = "retail" Then %>

Format 2

<% End If %>

Thats the easiest way to have different formats on the same asp page. The variable property_type in this example would come from a search that a user entered or a link that passed the property value. Each format can be an include file to help keep the page organized. Each format can be as different as you want. I think that answers that question.

Most developers use some sort of development tool whether it be frontpage or whatever. Although I use a development tool you still have to know and understand the code. I do not use a wysiwyg editor and thus I program by looking at the actual code. You would have a harder time trying to create a template for this complex of a project with a wysiwys editor (what you see is what you get) like dreamweaver. If you create a plain html template you will have to copy and paste in all of the variables into each new page. This option also will virtually eliminate the users ability to search by those variables.

Did I answer your question? I think I gave you more info than you needed but I think somewhere in there I answered it. If not let me know.

Ok, thanks webmarket for helping me along the way, now is my time to design the structure of my web-site already.
But before that would like to confirm whether the way that I'm going to appy is correct or not.

As you have seen from my web-site, every development project devide into 5 categories, they are:

Home Page
Location Page
Features Page
Property For Sales Page
Futurelaunching Page

For the Property For Sale, sure it is dynamic as I'm going to apply GIS technology to dynamic generating the Map. So, the problem only for the Home, Location and Features page (The futurelauches sure is in asp format as it is use for submitting user's details). What I'm going to do are:

1.) Create an asp page for "Home" page (index.html) which will be shared among all the project and I will set and fix the layout of the index.asp as below:

<%= Title of Property %>

<%= Navigation Link %> 'Navigation Link for Home, Site Plan, Floor Plan....

<%=Images%>

<%=Description%> ' Description is for describe the property's details such as price, sqft, no of rooms.....

2.) as well as for Location asp page, will be using variable to set and fix the layout. WHAT DO YOU THINK?? IS IT CORRECT???? PLEASE ADVICE.

3.) Actually, I want all the content to be dynamic is for easy maintaining, that is I hope that I will create an admin system (Option 1) and ask my assistant to just fill in the content (text and images) instead of using development tool (Option 2)to create new pages once there have new launching. But, I'm now still in dillema of which to go, Option 1 or Option 2?? For option 1, I need to take a lot of time. Can you give me some suggestions???

4.) Do you have any source code for creating this kind of template (for dynamic content)???

You are really kind and patient.:))

thanks!

It sounds like you are on the right track. I would definitely definitely recommend option 1 (dynamically updated). The time you spend now will be saved later.

I'll be happy to help you with your site as you go, but I don't really want to post my exact code that I used for tsunis.com. I spent too many hours making that site from scratch customizing it just the way I wanted. Don't take it personal, I don't want to give it to anyone. Like I said, see what you can come up with and I will help you if you have problems.

Hi, Webmarkart

>>>I'll be happy to help you with your site as you go, but I don't really want to post my exact code that I used for tsunis.com. I spent too many hours making that site from scratch customizing it just the way I wanted. Don't take it personal, I don't want to give it to anyone. Like I said, see what you can come up with and I will help you if you have problems.>>>

I would say that I'm really really lucky can find codingforums.com and you, really apppreciate your help. Actually, the important point for me to request sourcecode from you is not trying to copy your sourcecode, it is just that I want to know how most web programmer do their coding. I know that there are many ways to code a program, a simple task might has very long code for those who don't have experience in writting program, but for those who are experience, it might just take a few line of coding, for instance they can write a procedure or function, or more advance, writting own component and call via ASP.

I have been in Web Developing for 2 years plus, have been creating fews web-base application by using ASP, but still don't know whether the ways that I have applied are correct or not, profesional enough or not. This is because, I never have chances to refer other people's web-site ( what I mean here is whole web-site, start from A-Z). As you know lah, all the reference books are in chapter by chapter, none of them cover for creating whole web-site.:((

That is why I come to you, ask for your free consultation.:)) Anyway, I will try to creat some of the sample dynamic pages of my new web-site and host it somewhere that you be able to access or i might send sourcecode for you, hope that you will give me advice. I will keep on troubling you until I complete the whole project.:))

Please answer this question:
1.) The admin system that I 'm going to build is almost the same as codingforums.com, am I right, where it has:

Subject -- for me can be Title of Property
Message -- Decription of Property
Attach file -- For uploading the Property Images

After that set and fix the layout of the asp page with the variables?? Correct??

Actually, all the while I create this kind of dynamic asp page, but just not confim whether I did apply it correctly or not. For example, my currect web-site: www.setiahomes.com, there has a Property Search Link, after enter the criteria and click submit button, the property listing will be listed.

Thanks so much!

p/s: I 'm wondering, how can you online all the time??

webmarkart
08-16-2002, 05:07 PM
I'm online all of the time because this is what I do, I am a web developer and I use the forums to answer my own questions. Since I work for myself have to do all of the work myself which requires countless hours in front of this screen. When I get an email about a reply to a post I ussually check it out within a few minutes. Its a resourceful tool...

There really is no "right" or wrong way of coding. There are definitely ways that are more efficient, but as long as your code does what its suppose to do... you did it right. I'm not an expert in asp so don't necessarily compare your code to mine and assume I'm right.

As far as the admin system, I have mine set up like a regular form. Once the data is entered from the form it is submitted to the database (I guess its similar to the forum).

If you would like, private message me your email address and I will send you a few examples of code... hows that?

Guess you don't have time to check your mail, so I have to come to this forums again. You din't attach the sourcecode for me. Hope can have it as soon as possible.

1.) oh ya, webmarkart, if I want to create dynamic asp page (database driven) for Home, Location, Features..etc then all the layout and design of all the development projects will be same since we must set and fix the layout for filling the appropriate variables, feel so boring and don't have much choice. If we create new asp page then we can design the page differently. I have another new idea which driven from your idea.

1.) Instead of setting fixing the layout pf the asp page, i use the include file method lor, as below:

<% If action = "" or action = "company" Then %>
<!--#include file="includes/company.inc"-->
<% ElseIf action = "testimonials" Then %>
<!--#include file="includes/testimonials.inc"-->
<% End If %>

But don't you think it makes not different if we create new asp page instead of using include file??? Please advice.

I hope that you don't mind I keep on asking you questions eventhough it is just a small matter. I'm the only web programmer in my company, so don't have candidate to discuss with.

thanks you!

Its not a matter of not having time to check my email, I'm entitled to have the weekend off. I got you email this morning along with this new post again. I will send you some examples of code later this morning. Please use the code as an example and don't simply copy and paste my code because that defeats the reason I agreed to send it to you.

Simply usinf include files is not going to help you if you want to create dynamic content. I use includes like the example you posted above simple to cleam up my code so each page isnt to long. If you don't want to create a new page for every property then your only option is to use a database driven example. Just becasue you have to place the variables in the same spot doesnt mean the site has to look noring either. You template can be as visually pleasing as any html page you can make.

I meant just what I wrote... you seem to think that just because its a "template" means it is going to look boring. Thats not the case.

As far as what to do next, I am willing to help but I am not willing to do it for you. I've given you a lot of advise/help and you need to do the work, not me. hi webmarkart,

I think better I explain to you how often our web content is updated, then only you give me an idea on how am I going to design my web pages.

1.) Normally, the content that we must update regulary (once there has sales transaction) is the sales figure and site plan (display as Map) which will change color base on their status -> Sold/Unsold. For this I have alreday had solution where I 'm using Mapping Software to do it.

2.) For others part, like Project's Index Page (Home), Location, Features, Property Home Page ...etc , normally we only do it one time, that is when there have new project and new property to lauch. I have intention to change my idea on creating new asp page or use include file method is because I feel that it is better design my pages differently since every project has their own features, some projects has many story to brief, some don't. So, if I use database driven method then I don't have the flexibility to design the pages.
As you can see from our web-site, some of the properties have special promotions so we need to add extra wording and pictures into the page, if the page layout has alreday been set and fixed then how can we add the text and pictures ??

Please advice. Thanks!

I dont know where you get the misconception that a database driven website has to be a rigid template that cannot be customized.

In my case I could say if the list_type = "industrial" use this color scheme of this css or whatever and if it equals "vacant" use that. If a field in the database (extra text or pictures for example) is not null then use this template else use that one. With if else clauses and a few different templates you can create a very unique experience for each section.

hi, webmarkart,

I need your help...
1.) I have oredi completed and implementing my web-site by adopting the way that you applied in tsunis.com -> Use Include directive. I create a templete which is in .asp format, and all the content is in .inc format (except some in .asp).
I use FSO to maniplulate the content.

When the user activate the link for the navigator, the name of the file will be passed to the function:

For instance:

Function getContent(fileInclude)
Dim objFSO
Dim objText
Dim strPage

Set objFSO = Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

Set objText = objFSO.OpenTextFile(Server.MapPath(fileInclude))

getContent = objText.ReadAll

objText.Close
Set objText = Nothing
Set objFSO = Nothing

End Function

nameFile = Request.QueryString("nf") "http://www.sitename.com/default.asp?action=feature&cid=0

If nameFile <> "" and codeID = "0" Then 'the code ID is to indicate the condition of the file
fileName = nameFile & ".inc"
strPage = getContent(fileName)
ElseIf ..........
ElseIf ..........
End If

Do I need to manually create a database with fields ->FileName, Doc_ title, Doc_ decription, and Doc_URL and add every file details in the database?? I will use FSO to search for the "keywords" and get their filename and then match with the filename in the database, after that list out the results which match the 'keywords"
I don't know whether they are applicable or not.

2.) You said that you have been creating a lot of database driven sites(store static content in the database), just curiuos to know how did u edit the content (formatting with html tags)and save back to the database and then it reflect on the fly.

Please advice!!

You didn't really need to use the FSO but if you have it working already just leave it.

As far as adding/deleting/modifying property listings I set up an administration system that certain users have access to login to. The admin system had options to add a new listing in which case it is just a form they fill out with the appropriate information. There is info in the admin system that does not get listed on the client site such as the exact address and who the broker is. There is also a search feature for admins to look up a particulat listing in which case the same form is brough up but it is filled out with that listings info. They can add/modify the info and submit it to be saved. To add a new listing you need to INSERT into a database and to modify a listing you need to UPDATE it.

It is easiest if you setup the database with the appropriate fields and then use the admin system to input the info as needed. Hope some of this helps...

ah ya, webmarkart, sorry for not tell you what I want, actually, the above question is wanna to know whether it is a good way for me to create a search engine for my site. Of course, In my administration system, there will be an option for entering each information of the new files. Or, you have better idea on how to do it???

I can't use IndexSever as it will get all the .inc files listed, it is notwhat I want as they only "serve" part of the file.

Please advice!

Sorry, I guess I misunderstood your last question.

I would recommend adding whatever information you have available into the database. Without knowing your particular site it is hard to say the best way to search it. As you can see on the tsunis.com site, I limit what people can seach by rather than just giving them a blank form field. This enables me to search specific fields in the database as needed. If you want a blank search input box, you can do a couple of things...

I have never used the FSO to perform a search. I use SQL to communicate to the database. You can also use it to insert, update, search and delete into the database. If you could be a little more specific about the details of your site and the type of search features you need I might be easier for me to make a suggestion.

ok, it will be better for you to access to my site (http://www.setiahomes.com) and I try to explain
how did I create my site.

OK, the only database-driven part of my site is the one show the Unit Available of our property series(http://www.setiahomes.com/bij/default.asp?action=allison&np=allison&cid=2&mapn=allison1) whereby the map is auto generated base on the data in the database.

If you access to other part, you might see the URL with query string value (http://www.setiahomes.com/bij/default.asp?action=alicia&np=alicia&cid=1), it is use to indicate which file content (all are in .inc format, not store in database) I need to load to the template. Below is the example of my template:

<!-- #include virtual="/include/getcontent.asp" -->
<!-- #include virtual="/include/filename.asp" -->
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<!-- #include virtual="/include/meta.asp" -->
<TITLE><%=g_sitename%></TITLE>
<LINK rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="/include/stylecss.css">
<script language="javascript" src="/include/jsfunction.js"></script>
</HEAD>
<BODY <%=g_bodytag%> leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0">
<!-- #include virtual="/start.asp" -->

<!-- we have a TD to write into, so let's create our own table... -->

<% nameFile = Request.QueryString("action")
codeID = Request.QueryString(cid")

If nameFile <> "" and codeID = "0" Then
fileName = nameFile & ".inc"
strPage = getContent(fileName)
ElseIf nameFile <> "" and codeID = "1" Then %>
<!-- #include virtual="/include/propertynava.asp" -->
<%
fileName = nameFile & ".inc"
strPage = getContent(fileName)
ElseIf ................
Else
strPage = getContent("index.inc")
End If
Response.Write strPage
%>

<!-- #include virtual="/end.asp" -->

</BODY>
</HTML>

Of course, all the navigator links are consider dynamic (use include directive).
