statistics system?

well, i'm not satisfied with google analytics. they don't reveal ip's and i can't see the refferals too,

few days ago i have found a downloadebable system for statistics, which was open source.
i'm not sure if i will be able to use it or it's too complicated to install.

anyway i can't find it again too.

i'm learning html and css from a book for our companie's website.
