I'm trying to figure out how to set a target frame for a dropdown menu with defined styles. I have tried combining with other scripts but the links continue to load in the parent window. No author listed so I can't ask them. I appreciate any help people can give. (I am obviously NOT an accomplished programmer, so be gentle)

SCRIPT:
(In Header of Menu Frame)

<SCRIPT language=JavaScript>
// Courtesy of SimplytheBest.net (http://www.simplythebest.net/scripts/javascript_101.html)
<!--
function goSelect(daform) {
with(daform) {
top.window.location=options[selectedIndex].value; // jump to that option's value
}
}
//-->
</SCRIPT>

(In Body of Menu Frame)

<select style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, MS Sans Serif; font-size: 8pt; color: #FFFFCC; background-color: #003300" onchange="goSelect(this)" size="1" name="m">
<option value="link2.html">ABOUT EKAHI
<option value="link2.html">General Information
<option value="link2.html">Village Map
<option value="link2.html">Site Statistics</option>
</select>
