Anyone know of a program or technique for converting an .avi file into a flash file? I found a couple programs but they're all....kinda pricey. Thanks in advance.

i think u can import AVI into SWISH www.swishzone.com which is a .swf authoring tool

I pretty much second what misterx suggests with SWiSH. I know for a fact it can export AVI and I feel pretty confident that it can import it as well.

i do this the easy way..
i just use Camtasia Studio, note to self, when using the recorder, you much check the record video check box..hehe:p

this program is freaking great.. u can capture full screen.. a defined square,, active window.. and save into any format.. avi, mpeg, flash.. oh ya FLASH.. its the best in the whole wide internet
